BC Home Energy Coach
The goal of the BC Home Energy Coach program is to increase participation in B.C.'s whole-home retrofit rebate programs, both in terms of depth of retrofits pursued by individual participants and in terms of the number of overall participants.
The program will provide building-science based information about the options and opportunities to improve the energy efficiency of your home. The program will also provide easy-to-navigate self-serve tools, including an incentives database, a frequently asked questions database and resources to learn about energy efficiency products and services. Knowledgeable program staff will be available to answer consumer questions at all stages of their home energy improvement project by phone and email. The focus of this service will be on existing single family residential homes, townhomes and row homes.

The recommendations and information provided by the BC Home Energy Coach program are general energy efficiency advice and are not a substitute for an EnerGuide Rating System home energy evaluation, professional advice or quotes from licenced contractors.
The BC Home Energy Coach program is funded by the Province of BC’s Innovative Clean Energy Fund. BC
Hydro and FortisBC, although not funding or administering this initiative, are supportive of the purpose of the program, and are providing promotion through marketing and outreach channels. The program is administered by City Green Solutions, a non-profit society.

Starting September 18, 2017: Rebate for Natural Gas, Furnace/Boiler or Fireplace Servicing
We’re pleased to announce that the 2017 Appliance Maintenance Rebate Program (better known as TLC) launches on September 18, 2017.
Program details will be made available on our website starting September 18, 2017, at www.fortisbc.com/tlc. Rebate applications will only be accepted online to speed up application processing times for this high-volume program.
